Those who have blogged in the past know as I do the challenge of the first post. The blank screen can be very intimidating as you seek to introduce your readers to the idea of your blog and what you intend to accomplish.

For a campaign blog such as this the intention is clear. This is a place to read about my campaign and what I have to say about the race and the issues facing our state.  I hope I can provide you an ongoing discussion that will help you get to know me better.
